Click! Finally light! Who can we thank for that? Thomas Edison? No it’s Nikola Tesla! Tesla had a interesting childhood, made almost 700 inventions, and had many roadblocks.
Nikola had a interesting and dangerous childhood. Nikola was born on July 10, 1856. One day when Nikola was three,he was petting his cat and was shocked with electricity. In school he wanted to specialize in math. In his teens he wanted to make AC (Alternating Current.) This helped Nikola work with Thomas Edison in his later life.
Nikola went to work with Thomas Edison because Nikola thought that Thomas was making AC (Alternating Current.) During his time with Thomas he made almost 700 inventions. As time went by Nikola soon realized that Thomas was making DC (Direct Current) and this lead to some hefty roadblocks.
When Nikola stopped working for Thomas he made his own workshop and that took a long time to make in 1887. But after a few years a person named George Westinghouse and George used the 700 inventions that Nikola made and sold them for money.
Nikola had a huge part in his life for electricity. He had an interesting Childhood, made almost 700 inventions and had many roadblocks. Tesla helped make the world brighter and we can thank him for that.
